These 20-Minute Blackstone Tacos are quick, flavorful, and easy to make, featuring juicy seasoned meat, crisp veggies, and your favorite toppings—all cooked on a griddle for maximum flavor and minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or chicken or shrimp)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa or hot sauce
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on the griddle and add the ground beef (or chosen protein). Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the meat and mix well. Add a splash of water to help blend the seasoning.
  4. While the meat cooks, warm the tortillas on a clean area of the griddle for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Once the meat is fully cooked and seasoned, remove it from heat.
  6. Assemble tacos by adding meat to the center of each tortilla.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, cheese, sour cream, and salsa or hot sauce.
  8. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or rotisserie chicken for a leaner option.
  • Swap sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier topping.
  • Make it vegetarian with black beans or grilled veggies.
  • Store leftover meat separately for easier reheating.
  • Use store-bought or homemade taco seasoning based on preference.
