Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with both soups, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions. Once done, stir it into the chicken mixture.
- Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
