  • Light corn syrup (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Prepare cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
  • Spoon cheesecake filling onto each circle, then top with blueberry pie filling.
  • Place another circle on top, seal the edges, and cut slits for venting.
