Delight in these crispy and indulgent Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls! A perfect fusion of creamy cheesecake and sweet cherry filling wrapped in a crunchy egg roll wrapper. Easy to make in your air fryer, these desserts are ideal for a quick treat or a fun party snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers (1012 wrappers)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Cooking spray (for air frying)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Lay one egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface, with one corner pointing toward you.
  • Place 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  • Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Brush the edges of the wrapper with a little water, then fold the sides over the filling. Roll up tightly to form an egg roll.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

  • If you prefer a different fruit, you can substitute the cherry pie filling with blueberry, strawberry, or peach.
  • For extra sweetness, drizzle with chocolate sauce or caramel sauce before serving.
  • Make sure not to overfill the egg rolls to prevent them from bursting open during frying.
