These Air Fryer Cinnamon Maple Glazed Carrot Fries are a quick, healthy, and flavorful side dish or snack. With a sweet and slightly spiced glaze, they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375F / 190C.
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into fries or sticks of even thickness.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Toss the carrot fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve warm.
