Ingredients
1 lb (450g) carrots, peeled and cut into fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375F / 190C.
Peel and cut the carrots into fries or sticks of even thickness.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Toss the carrot fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
Remove from air fryer and serve warm.
