Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix Italian dressing, honey, and lemon juice.
Add chicken tenderloins, coat well, and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or sides.
Notes
For extra caramelization, brush chicken with leftover marinade halfway through cooking (discard any marinade that touched raw chicken).
Works great with chicken breasts cut into strips.
