Ingredients
8 rice paper sheets
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Lightly dip one rice paper sheet in water for a few seconds until just pliable. Place it on a clean surface.
Spread 1–2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one half of the rice paper.
Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
Fold the rice paper over to form a half-moon pocket and gently press the edges to seal.
Lightly spray both sides with olive oil spray.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove carefully, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
Do not oversoak the rice paper to prevent tearing.
Avoid overfilling to ensure the pockets seal properly.
Cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer model.
