Ingredients

  • Crust: 3 cups graham crumbs, 3 tbsp brown sugar, ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • Cinnamon Apples: 2 large apples (Granny Smith or Gala), 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1½ tsp cinnamon
  • Crisp Topping: ½ cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 cup quick oats, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup melted butter
  • Cheesecake: 3 packages cream cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 2 eggs, 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Make the graham cracker crust by combining graham crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter, then baking it.
  • Prepare the apple mixture with brown sugar and cinnamon and cook briefly.
  • Make the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, cornstarch, eggs, and sour cream.
