Quick and delicious mini apple pies made with cinnamon roll dough and apple pie filling, perfect for a simple and satisfying dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (8 count) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray a standard 8-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Flatten each cinnamon roll into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin. Press the flattened dough into each muffin cup, covering the bottom and sides to form a crust.
  4. Spoon the apple pie filling evenly into each prepared cinnamon roll crust. Chop large apple pieces into smaller chunks if necessary.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges of the cinnamon rolls are golden brown.
  6. Let the apple pie cups cool slightly before drizzling the included icing over the top of each one.

Notes

  • Add a drizzle of caramel sauce on top for extra sweetness.
