Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup or 4–6 pitted dates
1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup (or dates), plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
