This Avocado Chocolate Mousse is a rich, creamy, and indulgent dessert made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients. It’s naturally sweetened, vegan, and allergy-friendly, making it a guilt-free treat for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or 46 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, maple syrup (or dates), plant-based milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level if desired.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally topped with coconut whipped cream, berries, or chopped nuts.
