This Baked Caesar Chicken is a creamy, savory, and simple weeknight dinner made with juicy chicken breasts smothered in Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and baked to perfection. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, this dish delivers big flavor with very little effort!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing (creamy style)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, coating the tops generously.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end to lightly brown the top.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Notes

  • Use thin-cut chicken breasts or pound to even thickness for quicker, even cooking.
  • Add crushed croutons or breadcrumbs on top before baking for extra texture.
  • Can be prepped ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
  • Serve with a green salad, roasted veggies, or over pasta for a complete meal.
