These Balsamic-Butter Chicken Bites are a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner. Tender chunks of chicken breast are sautéed and then coated in a rich, tangy balsamic-butter glaze for a savory-sweet finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add balsamic glaze and butter to the pan, stirring until the chicken is well coated and the butter is melted, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic glaze for 15–30 minutes before cooking.
  • This dish pairs well with rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
  • Use a high-quality balsamic glaze for best results.
