This BBQ Chicken Wrap is a quick and delicious meal featuring tender chicken smothered in BBQ sauce, crunchy vegetables, cheese, and a creamy ranch dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and add lettuce, chopped tomatoes, red onion, and cheese in the center.
  4. Top with BBQ chicken and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately, or grill briefly in a pan for a crispy exterior.
