Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
