These Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a quick and easy meal featuring spicy buffalo chicken, crisp lettuce, and creamy dressing all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie or grilled)
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s buffalo wing sauce (or more, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
  2. Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of ranch or blue cheese dressing down the center of each tortilla.
  4. Top with buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and tomatoes if using.
  5. Roll up the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • You can use leftover chicken or store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
