These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are a delicious and easy meal, perfect for lunch or dinner. Featuring juicy chicken, melted cheese, and a creamy garlic mayo, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tablespoons garlic mayonnaise (or aioli)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter or oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with garlic mayo, salt, pepper, and parsley (if using).
  2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken for convenience.
  • Swap garlic mayo with regular mayo and minced garlic if needed.
  • Add spinach or lettuce for extra greens.
  • Use a sandwich press for extra crispiness.
