This Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and a rich parmesan sauce tossed with pasta. Perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz penne pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and milk to the skillet, then bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the uncooked pasta and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  6. Stir in the cooked chicken and grated parmesan cheese until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
  • Adjust the garlic to your preference for a milder or stronger taste.
  • Add a splash of cream for extra richness if desired.
