Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: protein powder, flax seed, or chia seeds

Instructions
