These Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls are a delicious twist on classic cinnamon rolls, filled with sweet strawberry jam and topped with a rich cream cheese glaze. Perfect for brunch, dessert, or a special breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) cans of crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and press the seams together to create a single sheet.
  3. Spread strawberry jam evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the jam layer.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.
  6. Cut into 1 to 1½ inch slices and place into the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. While rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  9. Remove rolls from oven and let cool slightly before spreading glaze on top.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • You can substitute strawberry jam with your favorite fruit preserve.
  • Use dental floss for cleaner cuts when slicing the dough log.
  • Allow the rolls to cool slightly before icing to prevent the glaze from melting off.
