These Big Mac Wraps are a delicious, healthier twist on the classic McDonald’s Big Mac! Packed with all the familiar flavors, from juicy beef patties to tangy sauce, wrapped in a soft tortilla for a handheld, easy-to-enjoy version. Perfect for busy weeknights or a quick lunch, these wraps are a crowd-pleasing favorite that tastes just like the original!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing (or Big Mac sauce)
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess fat, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Prepare the Wrap: While the beef cooks, warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing or Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add the Filling: Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, and both cheeses across the tortillas.
  • Wrap and Fold: Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  • Optional – Toast: If you want a crispier wrap, heat the wrap in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side, pressing lightly until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy your Big Mac Wraps!

Notes

  • You can substitute the Thousand Island dressing with your favorite Big Mac sauce if preferred.
  • Feel free to add extra toppings, like tomatoes or more pickles, for a personalized touch.
  • For a lighter option, you can use a low-carb tortilla.
