Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional, for cake flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles (plus more for topping)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).
  2. Stir in protein powder if using, and mix well to combine.
  3. Fold in the sprinkles gently to avoid color bleeding.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
