These blueberry cheesecake protein bites are a quick no-bake snack that combines creamy cheesecake flavor with bursts of blueberry and a boost of protein. Perfect for meal prep, they make a sweet, satisfying bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  6. Place the bites on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
