Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.

  • In another bowl, cream together the butter and eggs until light and fluffy.
  • Add the vanilla extract, milk, and sour cream to the butter mixture, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
