These Buckeye Bars are a no-bake dessert that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate. Easy to make, naturally gluten-free, and perfect for any occasion, these bars are a crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

  • Salted butter
  • Creamy peanut butter (processed)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Pure vanilla extract
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Beat the butter, peanut butter, and vanilla together, then add powdered sugar one cup at a time.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture in a baking dish.
  • Melt chocolate chips and oil, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
  • Chill for 15-20 minutes, cut into slices, then chill for an additional 1 hour and 45 minutes.
