Ingredients
3 cups butterscotch chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the butterscotch chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
