Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Add sliced cabbage and cook for 5 minutes until it begins to soften.
  • Incorporate shredded carrots, chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 40 minutes until the liquid has evaporated and the mixture is thickened.
  • Optional: Add hot sauce for a spicy kick.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
