Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Stir in the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another minute to toast the spices.

  • If desired, mix in chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.
  • Serve warm as a dipping sauce or drizzle over your favorite seafood, chicken, or vegetables.

Notes

  • Adjust the cayenne pepper to your preferred spice level.
  • For a thicker sauce, simmer a little longer, stirring frequently.
