Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled (or 1 shot espresso + 3/4 cup cold water)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool completely.
  • In a blender, combine coffee, ice, milk, caramel sauce, and sugar. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
