A creamy, no-bake cheesecake-inspired fruit salad packed with fresh, juicy fruits and a luscious, sweet dressing—perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt (or sour cream), powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and banana slices. Carefully fold the fruit into the creamy mixture to coat evenly.
  5. If using, mix in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts for added texture.
