Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or a cheese blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting)

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  • Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
