Cherry Coconut Magic Bars are a delicious, easy-to-make dessert packed with sweet cherries, coconut, and a buttery, crunchy base. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped dried cherries (or fresh if preferred)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are well-coated.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut, both types of chocolate chips, and dried cherries evenly over the crust.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the ingredients in the pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
