These delicious Cherry Pie Bites are a quick and easy dessert made with crescent roll dough, cherry pie filling, and a simple icing drizzle. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Place each triangle into a muffin cup, pressing it in to form a base.
  4. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling into each crescent dough cup.
  5. Fold dough corners over the filling to partially cover it.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. While baking, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to make icing.
  9. Drizzle icing over cooled cherry pie bites before serving.

Notes

  • You can use other fruit fillings like blueberry or apple.
  • Adjust icing consistency by adding more or less milk.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
