This Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is a quick and easy meal that combines the classic flavors of Caesar salad with hearty pasta and juicy grilled chicken, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.
