These Chicken Crescent Rolls are a comforting and easy-to-make meal featuring shredded chicken mixed with cream cheese, wrapped in crescent roll dough, and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent rolls
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with a side of gravy or sauce.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Add chopped green onions or herbs for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or gravy.
