Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk (more or less to taste and as needed)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 cups frozen banana slices (OR use 2 cups sliced fresh bananas and 46 ice cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (all-natural, unsweetened peanut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk. If it’s too thin, blend in a few ice cubes.
