These Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls are a healthy, no-bake snack made with oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder. They’re perfect for meal prep, on-the-go energy boosts, or a nutritious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more honey or peanut butter; if too wet, add more oats or flaxseed.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to help them firm up.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

Notes

  • You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor.
  • Add chia seeds or shredded coconut for extra texture and nutrition.
  • Use vegan protein powder and dairy-free chocolate chips to make it vegan.
