4 tsp Knoops 54% chocolate flakes (or any high-quality milk chocolate flakes)
200 ml milk of choice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Ice cubes
Optional: Whipped cream for topping
In a small saucepan, heat the milk gently over medium heat.
Add the chocolate flakes and cinnamon to the warm milk, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled cinnamon chocolate mixture over the ice.
