Ingredients
1 can (8-count) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk (any kind)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Butter or non-stick spray for cooking
Instructions
Open the cinnamon roll can and cut each roll into 6 bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture to coat well.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter or non-stick spray.
Cook the coated pieces in the skillet until all sides are golden brown, about 4–6 minutes total.
Warm the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls in the microwave for 5–10 seconds.
Drizzle icing over the cooked bites before serving.
