A refreshing and creamy Coconut Coffee Frappé made with coconut milk, instant espresso, and ice. Perfect for a quick caffeinated treat on warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk, instant espresso powder, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender.
  2. Add the ice and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness with more condensed milk if desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
