Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sweetened coconut

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Make the crust – In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the toppings – Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips (if using), and nuts over the crust.
  • Add coconut and condensed milk – Spread shredded coconut over the top, then drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips for a fun twist.
  • Use a combination of dark and milk chocolate for richer flavor.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.
  • For an extra crunch, toast the coconut lightly before adding.
