These Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt Bites combine creamy Greek yogurt with sweet, edible cookie dough chunks for a refreshing and healthy frozen treat. Perfect as a guilt-free dessert or snack, these bite-sized delights are easy to make and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 23 tbsp maple syrup or honey, divided
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a cookie dough texture forms.
  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips, then roll the dough into small balls. Chill in the refrigerator to firm up.
  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with remaining maple syrup or honey for sweetness.
  4. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds.
  5. Spoon a small amount of yogurt into each mold, press a cookie dough ball into the center, and top with more yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips or cookie dough crumbs on top for garnish.
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
