Creamy Beef Pasta is a rich and satisfying dish made with tender fettuccine, seasoned ground beef, fresh spinach, and a silky Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart until fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat evenly in the creamy sauce. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked pepper.

Notes

  • You can substitute penne or linguine for fettuccine if desired.
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat gently with a splash of milk or cream to maintain creaminess.
