Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta: Boil the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Sauté the aromatics: Add the diced onion and garlic to the beef, cooking until softened.
  • Season the mixture: Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add liquids: Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
