Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring well. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and taste.
If the sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it.
