Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a large baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a single crust. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the chopped vegetables over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if using.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
