These crispy fried chicken tenders are juicy on the inside and perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, ideal for a quick and satisfying meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and dredge in the seasoned flour until well coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry chicken tenders for 5–6 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispy tenders, double-dip in buttermilk and flour mixture.
  • Use a thermometer to keep oil at consistent frying temperature.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ.
