Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • ¼ cup black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
  • ¼ cup corn kernels (optional)
  • 23 tbsp Southwestern or ranch dressing
  • 23 crispy tortilla strips or crushed baked tortilla chips
  • Optional: sliced avocado, jalapeños, or cilantro

Instructions
