These Dark Chocolate and Oat No-Bake Cookies are rich, chewy, and packed with deep chocolate flavor. Made with wholesome oats and melted dark chocolate, they come together quickly without turning on the oven, making them a perfect easy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and let it boil for about 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the dark chocolate chips until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and salt, then fold in the rolled oats until evenly coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Let the cookies cool at room temperature for 20–30 minutes, or until set. Serve and enjoy.
