This creamy and flavorful egg salad is perfect for sandwiches. Made with simple ingredients like hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and a hint of onion and seasoning, it’s an easy and satisfying lunch option.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop.
