These Delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are the perfect no-bake snack for a healthy, high-protein treat. Packed with the flavor of creamy cheesecake and sweet strawberries, these energy bites are great for post-workout fuel or a guilt-free dessert. Made in under 15 minutes with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 23 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the freeze-dried strawberries until finely crushed.
  • Add oats, protein powder, almond flour, salt, cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  • Pulse until the mixture comes together. If it’s too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined tray.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • Use dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan version.
  • Add mini white chocolate chips for a dessert twist.
  • Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
  • Use gluten-free oats if needed.
